I'd like to take a moment to remember a legend. We all loved him (at least in the 80's) and there's no denying his influence on music. Yes, yes, he got weird. Really weird. However, I would prefer to think he was just a severely misunderstood individual. I don't want to remember Michael for his eccentricities and the controversies of his later life, but for his music. He had true talent, and that is what he should be remembered for.
This, of course has nothing to do with baking, except for the fact that music plays a massive role in my life and I almost always listen to music while I bake. The past few days, there's been a lot of MJ! Let's all remember him when he was at his best.
